    Is your bait big enough?????

This guy was fishing and caught a 36" pike - as he was reeling
    in the 36" pike
the 55 lb pike tried to eat it!!!!! Brought them both in on the
    same net.
The 55 lb pike was never hooked but wouldn't let go of the 36"
    pike.

    Great pictures and story!

I don't know about you guys, but if I caught a huge fish like that pike I would let it go after a lot of pictures

    Lordy...

I was jigging for pan trout at the CBBT a couple years ago and hooked a 20" Striper. While at boatside a MASSIVE Striper tried to eat it. I've caught and or seen caught some 50 pounders since that time and the head on this thing was scary. My guess is it was easily over 50" with a massive head...

Short time later I had a large one grab a trout I was reeling in and spool me. Some slobs were hanging around that day.

    they do that alot,

i've fished for them. and to tell you the truth, they are more like alligator's than fish. hell, i've had three on the same way. plus i was standing in the water..........i almost sh........., dropped the rod and jumped out. they would not let go. i never really fished for them after that, you dont eat them and they show no emotion! c,mon.....show some emotion. i need more fight than the clamp on! nice big alligator though!
