Well, on the plus side, now the forum doesn't automatically mark everything as read if I'm away from the computer for ten minutes. But now I have to manually mark everything read after I've gone through the forums.

So it works opposite of what I was thinking earlier. You don't miss new threads, you keep reading the same ones over and over and over....

BTW, when are we getting our signatures back? I miss mine:

What we had fixed was the "mark forums read" link located on the forum home page. Now the "mark forums read" link under the "quick links" menu should be working.

Will I make a attempt to get them back to normal people who dont sell products YES
Sadly It a ton of work to watch people and fact is this industry is full of scum bags. Meaning if we opened up sigs to all and said but no promoting companies they would screw me all day as there is not much honor in the marine industry.

So for the consumers heck ya i will get them back. But for the commercial side of this industry NO WAY..

Funny thing is in the last year I was offered by guys who made huge sales off this site commissions.
Sadly I still wait a year later to see those checks.

Fact is im used to working with industries that do understand social networks.
If you make money you support it. This industry is take take take.

Consumers i am sorry for the last year we took them.
Just did not have the man power to monitor it.

The new ad zones are built really well and very well priced.
So we will see if this industry steps up or we just personally start tons of our own companies and use the ad space for our selves
