Worst service I ever had

We are having trouble with a samsung TV. We called service and they saent a repairman from Lacey Electronics. The TV set blows the circuits in the house on a sporadic basis somnetimes 10-15 days apart. .We have had 2 electricians in the house and they pinpointed the TV. We put the TV on a separate circuit and it has not blown =in the last 7 days. The serviceman, Don Hare , refused to even check the TV because it had not blown a circuit in 7 days. He said that he wouldn't check the voltage on the TV and he didn't have the tools to do it anyway. Never even had the courtesy to try to see if there was a problem. Anyone want a 52 inch plasma from Samsung that blow circuit breakers. He also said that if I wrote him up on the internet, I would face repercussions. What did he mean by that Theat?

well hell..lets have fun with this wingnut..everyone who responds should use his name..that way..the " repercussions" will have to extend to us all..

TVs generally do not draw a lot of amperage, and thus usually wouldn't blow a circuit, could be something wrong with the receptacles/boxes (it happens, especially if it's on a ground fault) or the power cord to the TV...I guess wait and see on the new outlet...before trashing the guy too much.....

maybe the TV is hanging by a "Hare" and that's why it shorts out? Maybe if you "Don a Hare's foot" it would bring some luck to the "Harey" TV problem?

I'm not much help, but if you call Andrew Brown he could sell you a slightly used Plasma TV for a measley $30k, but you would need to buy a warranty. However the warranty only covers those parts which make direct contact with the TV stand
