I had a best friend and the siblings of the family I think are at 13 ranging from 4 years old to 34 years old and many of the kids in my opinion suffer and don't get to spend the childhood years being a kid and even have a shot of parents paying for college. Not to mention the father is the only one who works and supports the household and the mother feels that its nature to just keep giving birth and getting knocked up even when the doctors tell her not to it will kill her...

Just a little confused I know its not possible to regulate based on many reasons. But this sorta thing is what makes our schools so over crowed. Schools can't afford to keep the doors open and the teachers paid and housing . Look at how many teenagers are getting knocked up for a lack of better things to do.I have zero intentions of having kids and I am not knocking people who are. I love kids I just like them to go home when I done playing with them.

I Just think this is something to be thought of. Not to mention I wouldn't want to be a kid growing up in this world these days.

We don't have enough jobs in the world today to support what we have do you honestly think at the rate that babies pop out in 10-20 years its going to be any better???
Not to say you don't have a point..sort of..the problem s with schools has nothing to do with population,it has to do with greed, our elected leaders overspend on BS,so when it comes time to trim budgets, education always gets whacked, administrators make great salary's,teachers and per student costs get cut.garbageman make more than teachers. The only successful schools are private ones,why..because more of the funding gets used for curriculum and teachers, not paying way to many admin. overblown salary's.Kids getting pregnant has nothing to do with boredom,it has to do with absent parents, used to be family's were involved in there kids lives, dinner's spent with family, not at McDonald's, role models today are losers,Paris and Lindsey,to name a few, importance of what matters in life is placed on material worth, not the standards that made previous generations great. Hard work has been replaced by hand outs and "screwing the system".Spend more time with your children, teach them things that matter, give them the tools to think for them selfs, instill self respect, and self worth.the value of hard work.My girls will learn how to fend for them selfs under any circumstance and any conditions, and not rely on anybody for anything.Period.

Thats what my dad drilled in our heads when we got older or when I got older he instilled the value of a $ in our minds very strong. One thing I strongly remember was if you want to talk to your friends at home and have a home phone in addition to the business telephone they paid for then we had to earn it and pay for it...and i did just that until i realized the whole long distance thingy and boy did I get a beating for that one It wasn't me lol

Just alot of core values are missin these days and its very sad. Our schools here are over populated we have a college campus like high school and many towns attend our schools

We have 4 elementary schools K-6 and 3 High schools 2 grades per school

This is just the high school and middle school area just noticed they added a votech school a few weeks ago

The subject has bounced all over the place on this one. I came from a sort of big family being my dad is one of eight and raised on a farm where you were taught to work and not be late for dinner. From one of the poorest counties in the state Mamaw raised a missionary, head of retirement center, truck driver, couple nurses, coal miners even an engineer that roomed in college with one of the first to the moon! I say its not so much over population as much as the quality of how it is raised. Mamaw was #1 and had 24 grandchildren including the 14 grandsons. When she passed 7 of us carried her out of the church while the other seven carried her to her grave side. Before she left, I was able to pitch my little Ewing in her lap making her 100th that she was responsible for and she was very proud of each and everyone. My world would be a 1/3 empty without this guy...

ADDED?? Halleh-freakin'-luhia! Somebody has figured out that not everybody should be going to college and becoming a stockbroker. It's about time. Schools have been shutting down these programs because they get rated based on how many of their graduating class go to college. Hmmmm, what's the incentive here? Prepare them for the real world, or make the numbers look good? Why is higher education so expensive? Supply and demand. So now we've got guys with math degrees sawing up trees. Are they ever going to recoup that "investment" in education?

I could go on and on, but this is actually a very good sign.
IE8 says this may be a phishing site....Well, DUH!!!!!!... Stupid jerks can't even spell fishing right.

They may have added it years ago and I never go through the school area unless I am ducking traffic ... We have several that bus service transports the kids to but they are not on the same grounds kudos to them on adding it. I am very happy where I live and the town is top notch and the schools are too. Wish I was still in school but they do a good job here in town. All but 3 schools are in walking distance well not adult walking distance lol

    NO!

if you put all the people on earth together at the distance and spacing of the people that live in New York city, they could all live in Texas. So the world is not over populated, not even close.

nobody says you have to have a job. that is not a function of the population anyway.

take a few more econ classes........
