I absolutely love filling out interrogatory questions. I see them for what they are......nothing more than a stall tactic. But who doesn't love exposing the fraud behind the curtain? Or is it the moving clamshell game?

Insanity is prevailent around here, these day's. But I'd be willing to bet by not addressing the customer's complaint, that more was lost than the profit gained on one sale. I expect that through this serie's of thread's produced by WCL, that alot of potential customer's have remained just that, "potential customer's". Don't get me wrong, I don't have a dog in the fight on this one. But I see way more than money lost on both side's. Just imagine a customer such as this man, if he had a favorable outcome. He has the desire to write about his experience as we all can see. What if was all positive??? It is true that you cannot please all the people all of the time, but that shouldn't keep you from trying. Just my 2 cent's worth, Frank

Frank I agree and get your point but this obsessive repetitive behavior is not helping save anyone. Instead it is allowing someone who enjoys attention and hearing himself talk a larger stage than he deserves. People have suffered and survived major tragic events with more grace than this whiny a**.

Frank, as I accumulate the interrogatory facts for the attorneys to muse over, I have an overall sense of satisfaction knowing that the little guy finally has a say when he has been screwed by an unscrupulous boat builder, defrauded by Town Creek Marina's sales staff for non-disclosure and outright lies, and it gives me some shred of hope that perhaps this will keep someone from being screwed in like fashion by the same people.

For the 3 other guys I spoke with who owned one of these diesel World Cat 270 HTS boats, they are glad that Andrew Brown will have to answer for this defective boat line and why they were left on the market when WC knew they were defective.

In this septic economy, boat sales are at all-time lows, and smarter people than me will be researching at nauseum how builders treat their customers of new and used boats on the internet. Hopefully, they will find this great site and others where they can read the truth for themselves.

It is an outright shame that Andrew Brown is so blind to the fact that his greed is going to cost him substantially more money in lost sales than the measley amount it would have cost him if he would have made an honest attempt with me to straighten out the problems. In all honesty, I would have given sooooooo many props to his business that this economy would have had less impact on sales than it does now. But he wanted to "play the game" so now we get to meet in a courthouse instead of at a boat ramp to go fishin.

We all make choices, and Andrew Brown made his............but his choices were ill thought out, poor choices, and will have a detrimental outcome........me thinks !!!!!

Unlike my counterparts at World Cat and Town Creek Marina, I keep my word and do exactly what I say I'm gonna do. Neither you nor anyone else is going to dissuade me to put the brakes on this. I have a level of integrity that keeps me focused on seeing this to the inevitable end, and maybe you see that as a waste of time and life, but I see it as an honest guy keeping his word.

Neither World Cat ( Andrew Brown, or Phyllis Manning) nor Town Creek marina( Lisa Alley-Tulevech, or Steve Tulevech) have one chromosome of integrity or honesty in their fat little bodies( Steve is a runt) and I hope nobody buys a boat from or manufactured by them for the next 20 years. If they were an honest business and had done the right thing in this deal I would have been just as outspoken for them as I am against them. IT IS THEIR LOSS BECAUSE OF THEIR STUPIDITY AND GREED!

I am amazed how many people support me in this and I'm not swayed by the few who don't
