Talking Wonder if it would work?

Down in Florida charity is often dealt with in fun and creative ways. Heck I see similar things all across the country. I'm talking about kind of working parties. Amazing how much gets done and how quick it can be done.

Watched a house go up in like two days when a bunch of guys decided to help a family who needed one out. They got some gals to whip up food and tote iced tea or lemonade. They cranked up the stereos and got to creatin... At the end of the second day they tapped a keg, cracked the seal on a few bottles, and turned up the stereo louder...

Now I got a lot of crap to get done to this boat and a short time to get it done in... Some stuff I can do, other things I can't. Certainly can't get it all done by self before my deadline. What do you think? Should I spring for a keg and a bunch of chow and a loud stereo and have a fix the boat party?

I'll count on you to keep an eye on em... Boss had me fish the boat yesterday so I lost that day of work to playing. Spent about twelve hours on her today and barely scratched the surface of what all I need to do...

No, that would make the job too easy! LOL (He's off to Colorado visiting family and left me to my own devices. He was supposed to be casting flies in the ditches out there, but threw his back out the second day he was there, haven't heard from him since.....)

So, I'm only able to offer my services... If Deep doesn't want me painting, maybe I could be the one to keep an eye on the keg for him.....

Clarification.....working parties/charity are mostly for those who cant afford to do the work, or for those who dont have the skills to do it themselves...its for those in need............................NOT for other people to do your job for you

Nice try Deep.....but thats what you get paid for

I have never heard of a boat being thrown togehter

and a keg/12 pack and engine work is not something that should go hand in hand...you could hurt yourself......or even worse... HURT THE BOAT!
