Venicw can be pretty rough that time of year.I would try Costa Rica or Tropic Star Lodge.Always calm weather 99% of the time and you can target all kinds of species and more sailfish than you can throw a turd at.

I've been to Hawaii a couple of times around Christmas. I've been able to fish 4 days while I was there - managed 1 Blue marlin, 1 Short Nosed Spearfish and 2 stripeys along with some tuna and Mahi.

The weather has never gone below 70 while I've been there - even at night.

Although I don't think you'll be able to trailer your boat from the lower 48,
the fishing is great (even though the winter is considered off-peak)

Not sure if it's warm weather that you have in mind, but if not, chasing Giants in NC could be a match for you (especially if you like to trailer your boat)

i goto ocracoke like 4 or so times a year, not sure but the weather is a little worse there in the winter not just cold, i can stand that but the winds and waves is the biggest problem. besides im not just goin for tuna, and bills but for a chance to get a good variety

That's when the sailfish really snap down there though.
