March 1st I am taking possession of a North Wildwood home on west 19th Ave. that I don't plan on keeping. I have only been in Wildwood once or twice and know nothing of the area.
Anybody recommend a good Realtor in North Wildwood? I need to know what it is worth? I also need to know how much money to invest before I list it and when sold I then need help finding a home/condo with a dock.
The good, the bad and the ugly about the house....
The good - Nice size home on double lot with unobstructed water views.
The bad - On the water but no water rights. Tiny strip of a neighbors land (driveway) runs behind the house.
The ugly - Renter with 4 kids has lived in the house for 15 years. It needs to be gutted and rehabbed.
Contractor recommendations also appreciated.
I know it's a bad time to sell a house but I paid almost nothing for this house so it's a no lose situation.
