we just watched 3 episodes back to back tonight... very cool show esp in HD!!

I liked the Tuna parts, where some guys were all sitting on the front of that ship fishing and catching skipjacks and then hurling them backwards into the boat.. that looked like fun.

If you saw the part about the Whale Fishermen from Nantucket whose ship got rammed by a Sperm Whale deep in the Pacific and then had to survive in their whale boats (Melville's inspiration for writing Moby Dick). There is a fantastic book that tells the whole story, "The Heart of the Sea." That and "The Old Man and the Sea" have to be the beat books I've ever read.
