    I posted my letter in the Poll responses.

    The draft of my letter to my congressman is posted with my comments on the poll I erected about whether or not funding for state reviews of health insurance rates should be maintained by the new Republican dominated House.

    The original was sent to my congressman today via normal post.

    So far, the poll is silent but for my vote. Hmmm...

    Actually there are quite a few exceptions to the Anti-Trust laws - Baseball, International Shipping Industy, International Airlines all come to mind.

    There are others as well.
