Not necessarily. That is why I am now diabetic and 60 pounds heavier, then when we got married 38 years ago.
I was 160 when I got out of the navy and got married now I vary from 215 to 230. Trying to get down to 195.

Thats what I mean. Of course I only cook on the grill. I finally figured out how to get her to cook more though. Last summer I grilled fish for 14 straight days and that is all it took for her to cook something else. Maybe tonite I will grill some mahi and put it on dirty rice with steamed spinach with black beans on the side.
