Who are you??? We have been judged!
All I have to say is WOW I got home today and opened the mail box to a boat load of mail. In my mail box was the April/May edition of the Center Console Angler Magazine, on page 12 from the console they are deciphering the Internet and who we are.

SPORTFISHERMEN.COM IS AWESOME! I for one love everything that this is site is about, IT'S PURE and its a place like home.
To me the members of Sportfishermen.com offer everything above and beyond what magazine's can offer, by having it live and un-edited versions of what takes place day to day thru out the world. This is site is growing and growing and has GROWN above a beyond what you can find in magazines.
I for one travel and the last thing I want to do is carry magazines with me to keep me entertained. I barely ever read magazines any more unless there is something tempting on the cover otherwise its in the trash can. I have not renewed any of my subscriptions since last year and do not intend on it. I barely have the time to open my mail and the magazines seem to just stack up and get throw away.
The "SEARCH" function allows users to find what they are looking for without thumbing thru pages and waiting for the magazine to write what they are looking for.
I am a flatbottom. My Internet design is for ease of the eyes and keyboard. I look beyond the truly knowledgeable type. Nice group but with out personality. I share comfort with the average Joe in reading and asking average questions. Dog lovers stand elbow to in this group. Hopelessly confused posters are light years ahead of my time. They need to drink a few rum and cokes and ask the questions again. The level of the posting field just got smaller. The flamers are hot chaired, Clean shorts and tackle box will fix the stone in their shoe. Jesus shoes could help this crowd. Spammers are easy to spot and just as easy to disappear. Flamers share fame in this category. Spewing things you need not pay attention to. Loyalists are born from the sail boat crowd. Wine sipping half dressed boaters. They own one rod and one lure. Record books are nonexistent to this group. The postaholics keep the Internet in motion. Not having a postaholic as a friend could cause you to read CC magazine. Philosophers are really young men and women trying to mask middle age confines of life. Hence the truth in everything. The Aggrieved......need I say more !!!!!
Gee are they scared??? Here is what I do with a mag, I take it in the "office" and read it front to back then I toss it away. Think thats good for the advertisers? I dont.... here on the internet, the sponsers get looked at 24 hrs a day 7 days a week etc etc. Thats good for the sponser.
run away mr hozer. What kills me is the fact that the advertisers pay for a month of advertisment but only truly get a few days worth...lol
I think its funny. Good magazines will always be around, ones with good stories and pics. But the ones that rely on fishing reports that are 2 weeks old, or product reviews will disappear
A friend called my attention to this thread, and since I'm the one who started all this introspection, I thought I would jump in. This appears to be a very civil forum, but not all of them are. In any case, you do get a certain mental picture in your head and see a pattern after reading a number of posts from individuals, and it's fun to speculate about what these people are like.
But in the big scheme of things, i was really just going for a cheap laugh. I hope you find it amusing, as it was intended to be, and don't take it too seriously, or else YOU'LL START WRITING IN CAPS!!!
