Next time be more carefull,bring one of the more knowledgeable forum members to help you. One clue,do this before you buy because there is nothing they can do for you after you buy even if you continue whining.

Town Creek Marina, Steve Tulevech and Lisa Alley, never have honored their word on anything they have ever said to me. No this won't go away for a long, long time.Besides, this isn't bashing just asking questions.

this is a bad situation...he hired a surveyor,typical hack,it seemed he missed alot...looks like he took the steps to protect himself,but,it all went wrong...take the loss and walk away...he's never gonna get anything from world cat...he's gotta come to terms with that and move on...

My biggest problem is we only hear ONE side and I tend to believe there are at least THREE...his, theirs, and what's in the middle and that is usually what really happened. Having said that...if 1/2 of what WCL is saying is true I'd be bitching too, not sure which medium I'd use, but ***** I would!!! As for those guys that don't like his post...seriously no one...WCL, Admin John or our resident Brazilian whiz kid can make you read anything you don't want to...hit IGNORE and press on.

I guess nobody has the brass to give the other sides of the story because then people will see that what I have said is absolutely true. I would love to see what kind of story WC and TCM could come up with to make their story look good. Problem is they ALL know that what I have said is the truth and nothing but the truth.... "The trout, the whole trout and nothing but the trout so help me cod."

Too bad Phyllis Manning at WC is the only one with any "trucknuts" to post a response. I at least give her Kudo's for that. Andrew lets an old lady fight his battles, but that's ok, I guess? You typically see that in young men who were raised by either a dominate mother or an absent father, and usually in boys who are "momma latch-ons." That's not a bad thing just an observation. However, I could be wrong, perhaps Mr. Brown is not concerned about my insignificant rantings(25,000 hits soon) and might even appreciate the free advertising I am giving him. I don't have any ill-will towards him, I am just interested in open dialog about this lemon boat model and why he hasn't stepped up and taken care of the California diesel owner. Just answering that one question is a good start.
