A mate on a unnamed charter boat outta Hatteras was throwing tunas up on the dock in late March, early April. The water temp was bout 60 at the time. With a limit of tuners, your arms start to get a lil tired. Well, the last to be thrown up was the biggest and it didn't quite make it to the dock. Released in the boat slip. Well as you can imagine Scuba went in after it and eventually came up with a 70lb yellow fin caught in 4 foot of 60 degree water. That's how Scuba Steve came to be!!!! And he can now wipe his own ass!!!!
