You have to get a permit from the Secretary of Commerce and the Army Corp of Engineers, and the permits have an expiration date, so I would assume the Federal government owns them. You have to get a permit even in state waters

AIG won them in a Texas Hold-Em, from Bernie Madoff, but originally they were owned by The Peoples Republic of China which were given them in lieu of cash after the Reserve defaulted on TB's,due to overspending by the current administration..

The fish were thrown in as a bonus..

The chinese and vietnamese must own the tog according to the guys who fishn the bridges around here. They take all sizes with no limits. they don't follow the rules on other fish either. They hide extras under the hood of their cars to avoid capture. Fish and game get a few every once in a while

I work on the 24th so I can't go to New Egypt to find out. Is someone going to tell me ? Is New Egypt where Little Egypt from the Coasters song lived

Seems like it all depends on where you live..some country's regulate "use" of the reefs..while others destroy them, also i would say it depends of there proximity to the shore of the nearest country..http://earthtrends.wri.org/features/...theme=1&fid=12
