Thought I would post some pics from this weekend. The white water was the frozen variety. We hiked into our upstate, NY cabin for a few days. Took the guys I normally fish with to see what an upstate NY winter looks like... Unfortunately the weather has been very mild up there and the snow, while sufficient was substandard... We had a blast... We shot up lots of ammo, ate lots of venison and really enjoyed ourselves....

The trusty sled dogs.... They where pressed into service as sled dogs and performed admirably. I'll let you guess which one is the insane duck retrieving machine and which is my trusty tough as nails coon hound.
And finally, mug shot central... Yes, these are the guys I trust when we are out in the blue... They always have my back and I have thiers... I am the ugly s.o.b on the left....
That white water you got there is too deep for me and it doesn't rock around enough, but it sure looks like a peaceful place. No phones, computers, people...Sounds nice for a couple days. Glad to see you had fun.
