Where to get rid of unwanted Boat/Trailer

I'm looking to buy a Donner boat and trailer for parts and when I get done with them there wont be much left to sell or salvage. The donner boat doesn't have a motor. I'm buying it for the trim, outdrive, trailer and some miss parts. The package has a good roller trailer with it also so I'll be getting rid of my bunk trailer.

My question is....
Where can I get rid of the unwanted boat and trailer after I take off what I need? I don't want to pay anything but possiblely I'd like to make a few bucks but my ultimate goal is to brake even and not pay anything. Is there any boat salvage yards that would pay a small fee just to have a few spare parts like car salvage yards. If not would they take it for free. Any suggestions?

check with a local scrap yard. Depending what it is made out of you could get a few cents a pound.

Look in you local paper too for a junk man. You never know what they could be looking for.

Boat is a 1986 / 23ft SeaRay Cuddy so it's fiberglass. Used trailer is galv. so I could take it to the scrap yard I guess. Thanks for the Idea. Anyone else now of any Salvage yards that might want this Donner boat and trailer?

Donate it and take a write off... They'll probabbly sell it as a project boat for $100 to go toward charity...
