I've stayed at that hotel a couple times (the "half" building in the left of the picture). They're rebuilding it... they say it will be the first "design" hotel of the brazilian northeast.

Jer I have seen some beautiful photos of your area and surrounding coastal cities. How far out do the fishermen travel to catch red snapper and mackerel?

grady, my surf casting rods and reel are at my in laws so I can't go fishing today
I have my 9' rod here, but no reel.

I need to buy more line, the last time I was having trouble to cast and I think it was because I need to top the spool with line... or I was doing something wrong.
