When is it OK to use the F word

For some reason that sentence makes me think of Stiffler on American Pie...

The only time it's accpetable for a lady to use the F word is in the midst of a heated situation that includes interesting conversation .

The stiffmeister is in the house.He is so crass
in
that movie.I am a guy,but I think a guy like stiffler would not get much play.I have a great woman,and I got her just being myself.
