When do you plan on making the splash?

I need something to look forward to. Who is going back in the water first and how long is your "todo" list before fishing starts?

We plan on splashing the Legasea the end of this month. She will be making a few trips down south then up here when the sharkin starts. . .

TO DO list, LOL, now thats a different story.

just got the cushions redone, curtains have new zippers, replaced some fittings, put some more tackle storage in the cabin. Now this is already done,

Still plan on adding 4 or 5 more rod holder across the transom, re-rig the outriggers, spit shine her, wax the fishbox, bottom paint, re-wire the helm area. Its pretty much a cluster F under the dash and I get some OCD about that and need it organized much better.

We are also putting in new flo scan meters, but prob not until end of june/beginning of july.

This is the "short" list. Im sure the length will quadruple about 2 days before she is splashed. . . but thats how it always is, regardless of how well in advance I plan

Ready to fish now. Spent the warm winter waxing up and washing.
Putting bow/gunnel rodholders in this weekend for Tarpon/Drum for the summer.
    Shopping outriggers now.
All rigs are made up and SHARP!!! .
Still tying witches (need something to keep me busy since Angus is gone).
All rods are double lined w/ new coastlocks and ready to roll.
Need to put the cushions back on.
Could stand to add a touch of steering fluid.
    Gaffs are sharp and ready.
Need to get a new bait tray, the homemade one ain't gonna cut it for much longer.
Just gotta top the tank off with 1/4 and it's on!

Only need to yearly service the motor when summer arrives, I run it every month of the year no winterizing needed.

That tuna video Marty just posted has me all fired up. Too bad it's gonna blow this weekend.

Oh yeah most important Sea Tow is renewed as of a month ago.
