I had planned to have grilled Shrimp and Wahoo kabobs, but a request was made for my smoked turkey. Turkey was $.39/lb at the market - Glad I have a big smoker...

The one older (84) aunt, who really isn't an aunt but rather a grand sister inlaw, if there is such a thing is showing up tomorrow morning (saturday) at 10am to begin cooking for christmas eve and christmas day. Christmas eve will be a get together of 25-30 people, 22 of which will be family. Inlaws, grandfathers, aunts, etc will be sleeping over so everyone can watch Jack open his 1000 gifts from the grandparents...I mean Santa. The amount of food is out of control anyway and now that it is Christmas the amount of food just increases. Who puts red sauce on seafood anyway? Peas and macaroni...is that a joke? 7 fishes??? All I know is tuna, dolphin and marlin. I'm still trying to learn this italian thing.

    Christmas dinner

We do roast goose. Obtained a great recipe from Gourmet magazine about 35 years ago and have stuck with it. Lot of work but well worth it.
I would be glad to fax it to anyone, don't know how to put it on the computer.

    Merry Christmas to All
