    Staghorn fern it is....I have one that is 12 yrs old and 10' in diameter...held up by chains....They thrive in tropical regions.

    The staghorn fern...my sugar says in her native home of T&T they get absolutely huge (5-10 feet) if you put it in a basket big enough. They naturally grow on the bark of trees. She loves them.

    Talking staghorns like banana peels...

    we have some huge ones on our yard hanging from trees. they like shade , leaves , banana peels... cool plants. I figured I'd open the thread and see a huge Canibis plant though....
