I'm sorry,you could by a house close to los suenos,which would better because you don't have to put up with the burocratic crap that goes on.Then by a mid 40's sportfisher and put it at los suenos.That way you could get a real costa rica experiance and when los suenos fills up you could sell your house and double or triple your money.I'm really sorry that was pretty crappy of me to rain on your parade.
