If his head was turned around, I would guess it was the "teste tickler". Since his head is turned the wrong way, just looks like something in the "Givin' Head" family. I'd guess "Head Butt", but that's not his butt that the head is on. Can't really tell from the pic, but I'm not up on the gender-confused wrestling moves.
