I guess you havn't been told. NMFS is running out of fish species to close so they decided to start closures on days of the week and unfortunately there are no more Fridays. Obama is expected to sign this into law later this week. Probably Thursday as there is nomore Friday. Its being considered by his regime to shorten the year further by two months. November being a prime target for the axe on the idea that if there is no November there will be no more elections removing a large obstacle to their plan to destroy this country. Further the time reductions and shortened year will make the budget shortfalls seem not so bad.
