You handled it superbly. The paintball gun is definitely another alternative but could cost you mega bucks if the prick decides to file charges on you for discharging a weapon at him. Another possible solution is to install an "On-Demand" sprinkler system that will allow you to spray the crap out of someone when they take it upon themselves to water your premises. If there seems to be a spot that these ne'er do wells typically relieve themselves, install it there with sprinkler heads facing in all directions. A continuous shot of cold water from your sprinkler should teach them a lesson about pulling out their sprinkler in public. Plus it will wash away any wizz that may have hit your grounds before you had a chance to hit the sprinkler. The offender of course will be pissed off and pissed on all at the same time. You and everyone around will get a huge laugh out of it and the pisser will never know why he got sprayed but will have to suffer the consequences for the rest of the day. This will work on stray or unleashed dogs as well.

I wake up this morning, look out my front window and there's a guy peeing next to his truck.

Mind you there's the Customer bathroom is 10 feet to one side of him and the PortaJohn is 5 feet to the other side of him.

Sorry guys for this public rant, but come on now how hard is it to walk the few feet?????!!!!!!

Not only is this just disgusting but it's also a public nuisance as well as completely disrespectful to the marina. We try hard to make this a nice place for everyone.

BTW, this was not a member but a charter. It's not the first time that we've seen this happen. Chuck was ready to kick the guy off the property, but in respect to the charter and his business asked that he take care of it as well.

My point of this is to just ask that when you're a guest or chartering a boat, just ask where the facilities are (if you can't recoginize it staring @ you in the face!!!!)

Maybe he saw what Admin did to me with his truck and your porta potty... Or Maybe Seafood was sleeping in the main head... Figured it wasn't worth the risk!

Wow Mary, That really is discusting. When I was a kid you never saw anyone peeing on the side of the road, Now it's so common.
I few times after parking my truck I have come out and found that someone used my truck for a bathroom door and urinated right where I step to get in.
I think you should take a zero tollerance attitude. If someone can't control thier charters, have thier dockbox packed and sitting on the urin for them to take with them.
Years ago I had a diver go on my dockbox. Not that he was mad at me, he just missed the water and laughed and said it will wash off.
So I took his bike and threw it into the channel.
I told him I would be done washing my box before he would find his bike.
He kept trying to tell everyone what a jerk I am. But they already knew.
Besides I think they didn't want peole useing the dock for a bathroom anymore then me.
The funny thing was he never found his bike, so I found it like two months latter and chained it to the fence at Terminal Island Marina. So if anyone who was there years ago wanted to know the real truth about the bike that was all crusted and barnicled for about three years, that's it.
It wasn't caught by fisherman, or stuck to an old mine or any other crazy story. My favorite was the henry ford bridge opened and a guy rode the bike off and it was evedence and the police kept it there. (yeah, heres your sign)
It was a pig who took a leak on my dock box.

I'd like to share how this thread has impacted my life, I typically mountain bike a couple times a week after work and by the time I drive out to the trail I have to go, I would generally wander back in the woods near the trailhead to go relieve myself. I now wait till I reach the restrooms which are a mile down a rocky trail into the park. I wouldn't go so far to say that I'm socially acceptable now but sportfisherman.com has made me slightly less disgusting. By the way how many here have pissed in the cockpit of the muff diver? wonder if the new owner will change Joe's policy on this.

I prefer my charters piss in the cockpit...better than them going in the head and pissing all over the toilet, wall, floor, etc.
