All right I just clicked on the donate button beside fishfighter (you were right above me hope you dont mind and NO

you cant have my credits) and it gave me the option to donate my credits to him minus a 5% fee I could choose the amount or pick someone else on the list which included all the names on that thread. The mystery deepens.

It costs you 5% every time you donate so if you sent 20 Ace only got 19 and when he sends you back 19 you'll only get 18 maybe 18.5 depending on how they round.
