    West Coast Contender 38-E

    Here is our 38-E with the west coast tower. This will be in the Newport Lido Boat Show this weekend.

    does contender ever plan on putting an inboard in one of their models. I know it has been done.

    Gorgeous pipework on that boat. A secind the IPS on that boat, that would be one fast and fuel efficient boat with the IPS, and boy would that be great to fish with a clean enginefree transom...and boy imagine the size of that cockpit if they extended it all the way back to the end of the engine well

    That is a nice looking boat. The designer on the pipe work did a nice job. Very clean and practicle.

    amazing tower.

    this is an amazing job on the tower.

    I currently own this boats in Panama, but ordered it w/o the tower. Now I really want to install one.

    Who did the job for this tower?

    West Coast Contender 38-E-db_cfabfun0111.jpgHey guys the tower was done by Steve De Groote who owns C-Fab in Costa Mesa,Ca.He is the premier guy on the entire West Coast and then some. He was pivotal in designing the towers for the Bad Company Vikings and has a resume that would make Heidi Fleiss blush. Words and pics can't describe the detail and thought that go into his towers,hardtops,rocket launchers,etc,etc,etc,. His lists of etc's are wild as well. I saw a boat yesterday where he built an aluminum casing for a plasma tv that swivels. The boat is a ....semi catamaran for diving,partying,fishing whatever and the control station is literally 3 feet behind the bow with the plasma straight out in front of you. I will post some pics for you guys tomorrow.
