As some of you know, i took a hiatus from sf.com and many other aspects of my life to give bodybuilding a run.
What a run it was, but i decided not too compete. At 22 years old, i woke up one morning and realized that my liver and kindeys as well as my sanity (lol) were more important than some trophy.
I did give it one hell of a run though, bulked all the way up to 5'10" 240 lbs. (see pic below), and made it down to 208 when i decided it wasn't my cup of tea.
So now its time for a fresh bottom painting of the Albemarle, coolant change, oil, re-rigging the outriggers, sending the Intl's out to be serviced then spooling them up.
Man has this place grown since i left for a bit. I hear all sorts of new fangled things like guaco machines , swiveless guacomole rigs, and other cool stuff.
Look forward to seeing you guys out on the water this season.
