    Well, I did it.

This should probably be on the boats and motors forum but I was to excited to scroll down A while back I posted about a boat hull with pictures and asked what ya'll thought about it. Well Today I went and viewed the hull and well it sort of got connected to my truck and followed me home.

Here are the pics. I have a lot of work to do!

Yup, you got a lot of work in front of you.
When you posted the pictures in the other fourm, I thought wow what nice lines on that hull...I still think that. I feel that when you finish it your going to have a great boat.
I'm just glad its you and not me.

BYRD, Good luck with the project. I've always had a lot of respect for guys that have the patience and skill for renovations. I predict a lot of late nights and hard work in you future but I'm sure you'll pull it off. I didn't see the previous post. Tell us a little bit about your purchase. I can't wait to see the progress and please keep us up to date with reports.

Purple gold - who said I had skill?

Guys it is in way better shape thant the pictures show. A big console was included. All it needs is a bracket and a outboard. I will put a 200 on it. Transom holes were filled by a guy that works(ed) at Davis Boat works and the transom is solid. THe floor is soild except for a 2ft x 1ft section up near the bow. IT has a 120 gallon fuel tank. Very high sided. It hit me at mid thigh or higher all around the boat.

Trailer needs a roller here or there but all in all is in good shape. Electric wench included.

BOX - I will do my best to keep ya'll updated with pics.

Miles I'm glad you said that about the Phoenix. I must have missed that in my research. THere is a Phoneix emblem on each side of the boat near the transom. I thought maybe it was a thunderbird or formula symbol. Never would have guessed Phoenix. Thanks and I will defintely be in touch when I have questions.
