    as stated above, out 20 nautical mile are all the inshore forecasts I have ever heard.

    coastal marine advisory near shore waters out 20nm... if its straight off the noaa website, it will pull up the advisory. usually if its just the lite blue/white color all youll get is the forecast. i believe the color indicated there is the one they usually use for advisories, and its generally for fog.
