I spray mine on a slice of bread and eat it with ham, swiss cheese, and mustard. Never been constipated in twenty years.

WD 40 is more of a solvent than a lube. I think you are better with CRC or Corrosion X for some anticorrosion stuff. SailKote is a fantastic dry lube. WD 40 is great for cutting grease, and a zillion other uses, for sure. But for some applications there are better products. 3-in-1 oil is good for what it does. Marvel Mystery Oil is pretty good, too.

Corrosion inhibitor unregulated could be the fish oil. Fish oil was used for many years to help prevent corrosion on iron.

Works great on chalky Jel-Coat. Better than rubbing compound and wax. No buffing.

If you have ever used it to clean your hands and have a bit of uncle arthur you will probably notice a bit of relief from that too. I think that they even put out a disclaimer about any medical beni's a while back but my father used to use it all the time a swore that it really helped him. Amazing stuff. Always at least 2 large cans in the boat.
