Waters to Hot!

Anyboby know whats being caught off Ocracoke or Drum Inlets. Waters to hot off S.C. Gotta run to far to see any tuna, wahoo, or dolphin from here. Any meat fish being caught up there? I can trailer to Cedar Island and then run out to the banks but dont know where to start. Any suggestions?

Ace1st, not sure I would base out of Cedar Island, Drum Inlet is not the best Inlet to run out of. Instead, I would run and base out of Morehead or Ocracoke. Shorter runs out of either place.
In another post you made about the "water being to hot", this time of year, fish the cooler of the "hot water" and you should find fish. We fish about the same areas.

Thanks Lee, yeah, been hearing some reports of Mahi being caught as close as the Sherman. But I havent seen any. Saw some jumping chasing bait on the Raritan Saturday but couldnt hook up. Maybe next time. Thanks again.
