    Waterfront 3/9/08

Such a nice blustery day I decided to go for a little ride around the waterfront.

I was tempted to drive up the ramp:

One of the many Boston Harbor ferries stored here in Gloucester:

"Arvor" It's owner uses it as a summer home:

Landing craft with a long ramp:

    Winter storage:

    "Sunlight" & "Starlight":

Can't figure this one! Is it a CC or personal watercraft? What I do know...it needs repair:

As always, very cool pictures. The Starlight looks like it is a little low in the bow...

Jay i said the same thing the other day when we saw that boat. What it is missing is the pontoons that use to be on it.

Nice pics as always Jay. The red boat with white superstructure "Taylors Creek", was used as a menhaden seiner in my home waters this past summer. Hope it stays right where it is for this coming year. Got any pics of this past weekends big blow? Seas were pretty down here.

"Taylor's Creek" was purchased by the Lakeman family and are using her in the same fishery. We call her a "Pogey boat".
