try "ON/OFF" but be carefull what you get it on. . . that acid will eat away at stuff

Thanks for the advice guys. I decided to take Glens advice and go with the big guns, Acid, hydrochloric and something else, didn't touch it. Thinking about a rubbing compound? What do you think?

On/OFF works great Ive never tried it on glass though

Tried everything, as a last resort I used rubbing coumpound and Muriac acid and alot of elbow grease. These spots are tough, almost like etched in the glass. Thanks for all the advice guys.
