    Very nice.

What kind of tidal ranges do you have there? Doesn't look like they are very big.

In my neck of the woods we average around 7' or so. Right now on full moons we hit around 9'.

So Jersey, Which condo is yours? I don't think your mothership will fit in a 70 ft slip.

A boat slip goes with each house. Price depends on size. Coldwell Banker of Cape May has all info. Its pocket change for Just Released. Walk out the back door on to your boat. The club house should be done late fall. The pools are coming.
Should be nice when its done.
