VIDEO of Snowball Battle turns Ugly......12/19/09

on the streets of Washington DC an organized snowball battle got out of hand when a Hummer is hit by snowballs......the driver gets out.....and is hit with snowballs as well....he next pulls out a GUN.....

guess what...he is an off-duty detective (cop)....and calls for backup....

so what do you think......?
1....his actions are justified.....
2....he should be taken off the streets and given desk duty....
3....he should be forced to turn in his badge......

as it stands now he is on paid administrative leave with various police agencies saying actions such as these are will not be tolerated and are inexcusable.....

thank god he was not trigger happy.....

He should be terminated from the police dept. All hotheaded cops like this should be terminated from their positions. No excuse for pulling a gun in this situation.

he should have shot the kid...that way kids learn not to throw snowballs at vehicles.......I don't want people throwing snowballs at Lowtides Audi.....nobody threw another snowball though did they?

not saying the kids should be out throwing snowballs at cars but the cop has issues if he thinks he needs to pull out a gun. They should take his badge. There are to many hot headed cops out there that make other cops look bad, sounds like hes one of them. he sounds like he is a major risk to his department

Nahh....I would've had a sling shot with ice cubes for ammo if it were me.

The cop that started it was an idiot for getting out, but I can see where crowd control was needed after the crowd got mad. 200+ people throwing snowballs can get dangerous if people start loading them with rocks,etc. But the cop in the Hummer instigated the worst part of the whole thing.

Buch of white trash liberal looking for attention kids. If it was just a simple FUN snowball fight why was the cops car hit several times. They wanted attention who advertises a snowball fight on the internet.
