    video posting help

    I finaly got some of our video from the WBS Championship in Costa Rica and am trying to figure out how to get it up here.

    I have the disk in my hard drive now. Whats the next step?

    What is the file format the videos are in? WMV, AVI, MOV, other?

    How big are them in megabytes (mb)?

    Whitey, If you are useing "Windows movie maker", reload it. then when you go to save it, it will ask how you want to save it. On the left side you will where it will give you the option to save as # of MEGs, type 150 and hit save and after it done, upload to site...
