VERIZON WIRELESS CUSTOMERS HELP ME!!!
Ever since last weeks major thunderstorms rolled thru the area, my cell service has gotten worse.\
Last night we had some more big ones come thru and I lost power in the house twice.
This morning my cell service is not existent what so ever, I barely could call 611 and I actually dropped the call while on the phone with them.
Verizon said they need 4 calls before they can open a trouble ticket and i do not even know 4 people here,
So if you could call 611 for me that would be awesome!
I need 2 more calls.
Before calling 611 dial *228 and then option 2 to update your roaming capabilities. 611 will ask if you did that or ask you to do that before the do anything. I told chuck to call and tell him that he did that and they told him that he hasn't done it in 2 years. lol so he had to hang up do it and call back again.
The area that needs to be reported is Reedville, VA. There is no trouble ticket open for the area according to Verizon a few mins ago. They asked is Farmersville is close to me and its not or I never heard of it.
I appreciate whom ever can help me.
I can't even work today and even if I go outside the house I have no service. Sure glad I pay 300.00 for cell and wireless service that don't work and I cant get a trouble ticket open on my own.
