    Venice LA

    Ok.......This fishery in Vencie LA sounds to good to be true. I have a few questions!!!!!

    1. What time of year is the best for big Tuna?

    2. Is it worth me dragging the KLP all the way down for a week of fishing? Remember shes 30ft long and 10'6 wide...also total length w/trailer 34ft.

    3. Are there any SFC members in the area of Vencie LA?

    Please feel free to respond and offer any thoughts..

    Hey Tom, I am pretty close to Venice. When are you thinking of coming down?

    The thing about fishing for Tuna in the gulf you will have to go out about 70 miles in order to get into deep enough water. But it is well worth the traveling time.

    Tom- Flatbottom is right!

    Also look up Bill Butler- he has great accomodations!
    When we were down there amidst all the destruction, he put us up on his barge/motel. I will look through some of my vids and pics and try to post how beautiful it is. They were very kind and took great care of us.
