What the frig is wrong with military brass???? Our guys and gals are over there risking it all for their country and now they're being screwed out of medical and disability benefits????
Outrageous!!!! A Congressional subcommittee is set to introduce a bill that will compel the military to take care of its own!! Imagine that, Congress has to force the military to do WHAT IT SHOULD BE DOING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!
I can tell you first hand it's screwed up!!!! I've been turned down 3 times for combat related injuries and still trying to get the paperwork pushed through.
Bob Woodruff, ABC correspondent, is exposing this injustice. Seriously, you should contact him and tell him your situation. Last night, Woodruff said there are over 22,000 combat vets the military is screwing out of medical benefits.
Never would I have thought that the government of the mightiest country on earth would screw it's heroes after demanding much sacrifice from them!!!

There should be no paperwork! If a wounded vet or any other vet who needs medical attention related to serving our country should be able to walk into one of our many vet hospitals and get the treatment/attention they need.......on the spot!
Tell me this. Why doesn't it ever change? Been going on decades, maybe centuries.
Is this nothing but politics as far as Congress is concerned? What did the liberal Congress/President do for those during the Vietnam conflict that suffered the consequences of that war?
Don't get me wrong, I'm elated. No matter the reason, those that give their lives, limbs, or anything should be aided as long as it takes or their lifetime. If we can support the multitudes of dead-beats that won't work that are on lifetime welfare, this shouldn't be a problem for our great government.
