UPLOADING PICS & RE-SIZING THEM

1....PIC MUST FIRST BE IN YOUR DOCUMENTS (MY PICTURES).....I PREFER THEM TO BE IN JPEG FORM

2....SCROLL BELOW AND CLICK MANAGE ATTACHMENTS

3.YOU WILL HAVE A NEW PAGE THEN APPEAR....NOW CLICK BROWSE

4...NOW SELECT THE FOLDER FROM YOUR COMPUTER THAT YOU WISH TO UPLOAD A PICTURE FROM....DO IT !

5......NOW CLICK ON THAT PICTURE........NOW CLICK "OPEN" .....THE FILE SHOULD SAY: "ALL FILES OR JPEG" UNDER YOUR PICTURE NAME

6.....NOW YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REVERTED BACK TO THE NEW PAGE SFC PROVIDED

7...NOW CLICK "UPLOAD" IN THE RIGHT HAND QUADRANT

8....NOW IF THE PICTURE IS CORRECTLY SIZED....THEN IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY UPLOAD TO YOUR NEW THREAD OR POST.....IT WILL BE DISPLAYED IN RED LETTERS BELOW YOUR THREAD OR POST


OKAY.............

9....IF THE PICTURE IS TOO LARGE , THEN WE MUST NOW RE-SIZE IT PLEASE

10....IF I CAN DO IT ...THE WORLD CAN DO IT !

11. ...GO TO THE OVERSIZED PICTURE YOU SELECTED ....NOW RIGHT CLICK IT..... ....NEXT....NOW CLICK ON : "OPEN WITH"

12...NOW CLICK ON : "MICROSOFT OFFICE PICTURE MANAGER"

13...NOW A WINDOW OPENS UP ...WITH THE PICTURE IN IT.......NOW CLICK ON THE WORD "PICTURE" IN THE UPPER TOOLBAR...........NOW CLICK DOWNSIZE.....FROM HERE YOU MUST DO THE REST ....IT GIVES YOU YOUR OPTIONS

Thanks Marty. I never knew how to do this. Finalizing a new digital now should have by first of year. Going to take some pics of pics from the past years. Most are of ducks and turkey carnage. Only few are fish pics as I have and believe in bad luck with fish and cameras.

Thanks for the instructions on uploading, I couldn't have done it w/o your help! I was dumbfounded as to why my pics wouldn't take. Then I saw your post instructions. Thanks again.....and it really is as easy as it seems!

I use a program called Irfan view it takes you picture and you can resize it and clear it up. Then takes it and turns it into a jpeg files for faster uploads.

Simple resizer from microsoft .... you just right click on the photo and choose the size .

Look for "Image resizer" under Downloads on the right side of the page

I use the 2020 picture resizer that Jer had posted about. It works really well.
