I was surpised and relieved how fast they got my app. processed for my license after the carnival ride of the TWICoaster.

I think thats actually a bi product of the TWIC card. Makes the background check pretty much unnecessary

I heard that if you have a current TWIC your Lic renewal does not require you to go back to a testing center for finger prints. DO you still have to go the the Center to renew?

You do have to go back with a physical, make sure you get a good eye test field vision. They dont need a whole eye exam. 2 forms of pic ID one the TWIC card and they will fingerprint you there.
