Trout fishing on chesapeake bay Md/VA

Looking for trouts on the Chesapeake Bay (MD or VA). Years ago I found them almost everywhere. Anyone had any luck in catching a few?
Tried the Honga (sp) river but struck out.

I used to fish around Crisfield and Deale Island while in College. Used to do well on them in the evening and at night in the late summer. I'd try around Crisfield for sure though, a lot of good skinny water over there.
