As mentioned we don't know what you said and since you are still posting there is a strong possibility that your comments did not meet the threshold standard of a threat.

From a criminal standpoint, there are two things you need to be concerned with - Intimidation and Threats.

Did you imply or state that you or someone else would inflict physical or mental damage, an act or instance of injury, or a material and tangible detriment or loss? If not then generally you are fine. If you did, you could get a knock on the door. Also there are two items you should look into local statues and federal ones.

Only ones you can say for sure would be the judge or jury....

Theres been no more heat. He again tried to sell me on what a great job "he" did ammending it and ignored my questions about those that will lose work about down sizing. Also had nothing to say further about going against the wishes of those he represents.

The key word he may have focused on was "will" as in "You WILL be joining them on the unemployment line"...
