    Really is amazing the lack of common thought process some of these airline employees have. I can sit here basically computer illiterate and still in under five minutes book myself a seat anywhere in the world and have a couple dozen alternative routes to get there. Yet a trained pro can't?
    I don't know what if anything I want from those responsible for the screw ups. Right now though there is a guy behind a desk someplace who has just been thoroughly Deeped shaking his head and figuring out how to not let this happen again.
