TRAGEDY STRIKES ONE OF OUR MEMBERS

Thank you all for your concerns. Tomorrow will be the 3rd week since the fire. The first week was pure hell. The hardest to deal with was losing my best friend Tootsie (chihuahua) and Jeepers a pet pigeon. I have relocated to Wildwood NJ in a brand new fully furnished condo, until my home is rebuilt, which I figure will take close to a year. My goal is to be back home by Christmas. My insurance Co. has come through so far. We purchased new clothing, sheets, blankets etc. they also are picking up the tab on the condo rental. So I may have been knocked down and dragged around. But one must stand back up, dust themselves off, and continue to march. I will come back bigger and better even though I can never replace my pets or family photos and heirlooms. Otherwise my family and I are doing ok.
My boat did survive and I only lost one freshwater rod and reel, which I didn't like too much anyway I will keep everyone updated as things happen. Thank You again and May God Bless You All. Glen

glad to hear you and your family were not hurt and your insurance company is taking good care of y'all. Had a tree fall through my house several years ago and we were displaced for 3 months and I know how much good insurance relieved some of the stress. sorry to hear about your pets though.
