Is Town Creek Marina's business closed??

Could it be that Town Creek Marina closed it's doors? There are indications that this economy may have put the nails in another coffin in another North Carolina business. No boats in sales inventory, no news on Marina's.com, they just vanished.

This is devastating news. But never fear...Lisa will be available to sell other lemon boats on-line here real soon.... when she gets another job.

I really hope the news isn't true, but if it is I guess that explains why Steve Tulevech won't/can't fix my trailer since it's been 22 months, and why he won't respond to e-mails either.

Hey buddy, I've missed you, where you been? No O.C.D here! Just reporting what looks like newsworthy conversation. It would explain ALOT though, why Steve Tulevech has not honored his promise to fix my trailer.

I spoke to a marina in South Carolina that was interested in buying the trailer TCM wouldn't fix, as promised, and he said TCM was hanging by a thread.

There are things coming down the pike that will make that thread even thinner. Lisa, Steve, what goes around always comes back. See ya soon!

Recall Millie Vanillie? Boaters World looked alright on the surface but it was nothing more than smoking mirrors.

Marina's know about other marina's and according to this other marina owner, Town Creek is on a greased pole to the unemployment line. According to this other owner.

dont know of any marinas doing good,but the banks dont want to own a marina so in the case of 3 i know of, bordering on chap 11,the banks are letting them be.as far as a marina owner claiming another is going under..lemon,i whouldnt put too much faith in that. around little river there are 2 ****in very close proximity of each other and both are willing to talk trash about the other..nature of the business i guess.From what ive seen TCM is slower than some,but holding its own.

Lemon you are truly showing your one sided self serving interests here. Now you are getting pleasure out of anothers demise?
As I have previously stated, there was a huge amount of ignorance on your part in buying this boat,and now you show everyone just how ignorant you are.
Dumb ignorant people buy dumb boats and thats life, but lets all hope the marine industry **** its many and far reaching tentacles can survive this economy.

In the case of showing my "ignorance" let me remind you that Lisa and Steve at TCM were deceptive in not disclosing what they knew about the boat. I hired Bernie Szetela to survey and protect my interests and he was in cohoots in the deception. In my opinion, businesses that act with lies and dishonesty toward their customers become a blight on the industry and if they go under it only allows honest businesses to survive. Would I feel bad for the other employees if TCM goes under? Absolutely! Would I shed a tear for TCM or lose any sleep? Nooooooot happening!

Again Marc, ever been divorced? Ever get a royal screwin in a business deal? Ever been cheated? If not you will someday and I doubt you would like some self righteous, pious, know it all to point the finger at you and wag their tongue in discontent.

I went about buying my boat the proper way, but when sales people, surveyors, and the manufacturer are being deceitful it makes it difficult for the buyer to detect the scam. Remember the people Bernie Madhoff scammed were intelligent and sharp people but the scammer was even more deceptive. Don't think it can't happen to you brother b/c it can.
