get yourself sea tow before the season starts. when you go fishing, after a long day........call sea tow and tell them your broken down in the poorman's. when they come to tow you home, you can troll into the 30 fathom line being towed and save plenty on fuel. it will be like half price fuel. when you get to the inlet, let steve know you fixed the problem.....drop the rope and race back to the dock. sort of like an overnighter without the need to stay alert!

You want eels to lay still use brown paper shiny slide up they just lay still if you use the ruff side the go mad, nice useless piece of info.

Try keeping them in a small sandwich bag. 1 per bag.
Lay em on top of some ice. time to rig, Hook em thru the snout right thru the bag and pull em thru the bag. Quickly before they wake up, toss em over. never have to touch the slimy critters.
