Anyone ever make their own tin lips for a lure before?
Is there any way to make a few of them at a time?
Ive got a patten made, but no idea about how to make more of the same shape...

from what little i've learned about luremaking, it doesn't seem like shaping it out is a big deal, just working with the flat lip and cutting a shape that swims well should do it without too much trouble. I've got tons of wooden swimmers that are custom made and they all have lips cut out of flat stock though there are some really top shelf ones out there where the lips are shaped in 3-D.
As for info, I'm sure some of the lurebuilders up in the northeast here have info that's out there to be found on the subject. Just figure that if you can stamp out a bunch a flat stock pieces then you're off to the tuna...
Always swimming against the tide
